I just bought a DVD episode… when will I receive it?
EVERY product bought on the site (DVD, posters and the likes) is shipped within 5 business days. NOTE: If what you bought is a VIP ACCESS CARD, someone from the office will call you to make limo pick-up arrangements.

I am a fan of one of the cast members, what is the best way to show my support?
Each cast member needs points to remain on the show so the more points you give your favourite cast member, the longer they will remain. HERE IS A TIP: Since the show is meant to test the cast on their SALES, NETWORKING and GENERAL KNOWLEDGE skills, the fastest way to support them is to do something that falls within those 3 categories such as purchasing the show DVD, voting for them online, signing their autograph book or enjoy the CITY BLOCK LIMO TOUR ( click here ) with members of the cast, etc

I heard I can get a SIGNED EXCLUSIVE POSTER of any members of the cast!
YES, those posters are very valuable (even cast members don't have their posters with them). However, the easiest way to get your hands on one of those is to purchase the show DVD on this site at which point you will be asked to select the poster of your choice (each cast member has 3 originals available).

What are the guidelines that need to be met to join the cast in the next/upcoming season?
The casting process is open year round. Please refer to casting section for more details .

I am a friend of one of the cast members. Can I get into the show's VIP section at the nightclub?
The VIP section of the show is reserved EXCLUSIVELY for cast members, the show's executives and fans that have in their possession a valid VIP ACCESS CARD .

I understand the show will have a couple of road trips, as a fan, can I join?
Yes. A number of tickets for those road trips will be made available through the cast members and online approximately 6 to 8 weeks before the trip. Stay tuned to the ANNOUNCEMENTS section of this site for more details.
